Obtaining A Chicken Nugget could be obtained by placing a single Cooked Chicken into a Crafting Table, giving the player 9 Chicken Nuggets. Additionally, if a player collected 9 Chicken Nuggets, they could be converted back into a full Cooked Chicken. Interestingly enough, the resulting Chicken Nuggets actually provided a greater amount of total food. With a single Chicken Nugget providing 2 hunger points, the 9 given via crafting were capable of restoring 18 total hunger points - restoring 3x as much hunger as the mere 6 hunger points of a Cooked Chicken. Background The appearance of the Drafting Table is lifted directly from an earlier model created for the Advanced Workbench, and as such, was at one point planned to serve as another type of workbench. However, there are no current plans for introducing the item officially in the future. Obtaining Currently, the Drafting Table can only be obtained using commands. If obtained, the Drafting Table has no practical purpose outside of decoration. Background During the early days of custom content experimenting, the staff of Chaotic United were not aware of the Note Block Technique for creating custom blocks. Additionally, forcing players to visit a website to view recipes felt like an inefficient solution if a large amount of content was to be added. One of the proposed solutions was the introduction of the Advanced Workbench. At different points in time, its behavior was planned to either be an expanded crafting table, with additional slots, or something similar to how the Upgrade Station works - where you could browse a list of all available items, and you would simply collect and insert the required ingredients. As time went on, however, the in-game recipe guide was introduced (accessible via /recipes), and better techniques for custom content were discovered. As a result, the Advanced Workbench remained unused, and will likely continue to remain unused for the foreseeable future. Obtaining Currently, the Advanced Workbench can only be obtained via commands. It currently has no practical function outside of decoration. History Main MC Server MC 1.16.1 Added the Advanced Workbench Set 3D model texture to Changed model to Changed 3D model texture to Trivia The Advanced Workbench's appearance was somewhat inspired by appearance of Workbenches in Valheim The Advanced Workbench's model was among the first 3D models created by @haloman30 for the server - and for Minecraft in general

Obtaining The Reclaymore can only be obtained by defeating Killerteddy1. The Reclaymore is one of the possible drops, however completing the fight a single time does not guaruntee that a Reclaymore will be dropped. Usage For the most part, The Reclaymore behaves like any other sword, with statistics identical to that of a Netherite Sword. However, it has the unique ability to temporarily "steal" health from other mobs when attacking. When used, 25% of the attacked mobs' health is added to the player. If the player already has a full health bar, then temporary additional hearts are added as damage is dealt. These additional hearts will be removed at a rate of 1 heart every 2 seconds. History Main MC Server MC 1.16.1 Added The Reclaymore via CUTeddyBoss plugin Changed texture to Changed texture back to MC 1.18.2 The Reclaymore is now handled via CUCraftingPlus plugin

Obtaining Teddy's Shoes can be obtained by defeating a Killerteddy1 NPC in the Overworld, which can spawn around a player occasionally for a short time. Lore It was rumored that Teddy burned the old Chaotic United's donation funds on shoes. I suppose we know the truth now. But hey, they are a nice pair... History Main MC Server MC 1.16.1 Added Teddy's Shoes via CUTeddyBoss plugin Set 3D model texture to MC 1.18.2 Teddy's Shoes are now handled via CUCraftingPlus plugin Changed texture to Trivia Teddy's Shoes was added as planned boss drop because the real-world Killerteddy1 was believed to have been abusing Chaotic United's donation funds on frivolous purchases such as shoes and drugs - all the while forcing Nuke to pay the bills out of pocket.

Obtaining Teddy's Donation can be obtained by defeating a Killerteddy1 NPC in the Overworld, which can spawn around a player occasionally for a short time. Lore Woah - a whole stack of bills that Teddy took from Chaotic United's donation funds. Maybe we can finally return these to Nuke so he can finally get his money back after all these years? History Main MC Server MC 1.16.1 Added Teddy's Donation Money MC 1.18.2 Teddy's Donation Money is now handled via CUCraftingPlus plugin Changed texture to Trivia Teddy's Donation Money was created as a planned boss drop, as the real-world Killerteddy1 was known for misusing and abusing donation funds - using them on things like shoes, drugs, and who knows what else.

Obtaining Currently, Teddy's Drugs (Old) can only be obtained using commands. It serves no practical function outside of decoration or collection. History Main MC Server MC 1.16.1 Added Teddy's Drugs (Old) as a separate item from Teddy's Drugs MC 1.18.2 Teddy's Drugs (Old) is now obtainable using commands through the CUCraftingPlus plugin Trivia The original texture for Teddy's Drugs was entirely green, as it was designed by @haloman30, who had never seen weed in-person and didn't know what a blunt was supposed to look like

Obtaining The Upgrade Station can only be obtained via crafting. It takes 2 Copper Ingot, 1 Amethyst Shard, 4 Wooden Planks, 1 Emerald Block, and 1 Cobblestone. copper_ingot;amethyst_shard;copper_ingot any_planks;block_of_emerald;any_planks any_planks;cobblestone;any_planks xp_storer false false false Usage When interacted with, the player is presented with a screen with two slots, a numeric input, and two buttons. The two slots are used for a Glass Bottle, and the XP Bottle output respectively. The numeric counter allows for an (approximate) selection of experience levels to be stored. The arrow icons above and below the counter are used to select each digit, and the plus and minus icons on either end can be used to increase or decrease the total level amount by 1. The "Store" button can then be used to store the XP of the selected levels into the bottle. Alternatively, the second button with the XP Orbs icon can be used - which will instantly store all of the player's experience into the bottle, bypassing the level counter entirely. When XP is stored, it creates a Bottle of Experience item in the output slot. This can then be consumed to give the experience back to the player. For more information, see the Bottle of Experience page. Background Previously, a similar feature was available via the CraftBook plugin, and could be used by sneaking and right-clicking on an Emerald Block, where it will "store" all of the player's experience into Bottles of Enchanting. This system posed two major problems, however. The first issue being that some XP will inevitably be lost through this process, as Bottles of Enchanting do not give exact amounts of experience. The second issue is that, when used with a very large amount of XP, nearby players may lag significantly due to the large amount of items dropped at once. Additionally, this opens the possibility of lagging the server itself - as potentially tens or even hundreds of item stacks may be dropped at once if the player has a massive amount of experience. The Experience Storer (which was originally referred to as the XP Extractor) was created to address these issues by allowing the player to store exact amounts of experience within Bottles of Experience (previously referred to as XP Vials), and allow the player to store any amount of XP within a single bottle - allowing potentially hundreds of levels to be stored within just one bottle. The old XP Storer mechanic of CraftBook remained available until Minecraft 1.21, where it was disabled - now requiring the Experience Storer be used instead. History Main MC Server MC 1.18.2 Reserved data values for XP Extractor MC 1.20.4 XP Storer can now be used to store experience into Bottles of Experience Renamed to "Experience Storer" (sometimes referred to as XP Storer for short) Changed model to Changed texture to

Obtaining Currently, the Empty Vial cannot be obtained, even with commands. However, there is are data values reserved for it, and if applied manually to a Paper using commands, the Empty Vial's texture will be applied. However, since the item is not known to the server outside of a reserved data value, it will not have any functionality different from a standard Paper item. History Main MC Server MC 1.18.2 Added texture for XP Vial and reserved its data value in CUCraftingPlus

Obtaining A Bottle of Experience can be obtained by storing experience using an Experience Storer. Each bottle requires one Glass Bottle be provided into the Experience Storer. Usage Experience can be consumed from a Bottle of Experience by either Left or Right-Clicking. Right-Clicking will consume the entire amount of XP stored. Left-Clicking will consume enough XP one additional level, or all remaining experience if there is not enough XP for a level. When empty, the bottle turns back into a Glass Bottle, allowing it to be reused. History Main MC Server MC 1.18.2 Added texture for XP Vial and reserved its data value in CUCraftingPlus MC 1.20.4 Changed texture to Changed name from "XP Vial" to "Bottle of Experience"

Obtaining Previously, the generic block could only be obtained using commands. However, since the block model is no longer used after the migration away from Optifine's Custom Item Textures feature, it is no longer obtainable by any means. Behavior When it was available, the block was actually not a type of real block at all. Rather, it was a custom model that was designed to sit inside of an Item Frame, and represent a block's texture. The original idea for creating custom blocks would have been using Barrier blocks with Item Frames inside - where the Item Frame would have an item with a custom model to simulate the block's appearance, while the Barrier would give the block physical collision. This technique is actually still in use with certain blocks, such as the Upgrade Station, however solid blocks now use the Note Block Technique. For more details on these techniques, see the Custom Block Techniques page. The item's model within the inventory and elsewhere was positioned manually - as at the time, @haloman30, the resource pack's designer, was inexperienced in properly inheriting the vanilla Block model. As such, the block displays slightly incorrectly in the inventory, as well as in the hand - and the block can be seen slightly extending past the inventory slot's border. While the generic block is no longer in use, it was replaced with the debug block, which displays as the generic block was originally intended to look. It does not use the Item Frame technique and instead uses the Note Block technique, and can still be obtained using commands. History Server Resource Pack 1.1.11 Added generic block 2.0.0 The generic block is no longer obtainable, as legacy Optifine-based items are no longer in use Model changed to . While the block model itself still exists within the resource pack, its texture has since been moved - however the original model was not updated, and so the model would now render with a missing texture.

Obtaining Small Frostone Tiles currently cannot be obtained. It also has no item associated with it, and as such, cannot be obtained via commands. The only way to place Small Frostone Tiles is using WorldEdit, and creating a Note Block with the appropriate parameters. For more details, see the Custom Block Techniques page. Since there is no special block data assigned to Small Frostone Tiles outside of texture overrides, it is treated as a Note Block. As such, it behaves identical to a Note Block, though notes cannot be changed. If a Small Frostone Tiles block is broken, it will drop a Note Block. Obtaining Teddy's Data can only be obtained through defeating Killerteddy1. Upon defeating Teddy, Teddy's Data is one of the possible drops that can be rewarded to the player. Additionally, Teddy's Data can be obtained by defeating one of the random Teddy appearances in the Overworld. Usage While several possible uses are planned in the future, there is currently no practical use for Teddy's Data. Lore It is theorized that these packets of data were pulled straight from the Chaotic United MC server - who knows what this lunatic was planning on doing with them? History Main MC Server MC 1.16.1 Added Teddy's Data MC 1.18.2 Teddy's Data is now handled via the CUCraftingPlus plugin Changed vanilla material from Pink Dye to Paper Trivia The texture for Teddy's Data was constructed from part of an early build of the Blamite Game Engine, by reading the bytes of the game engine application as color data One of the planned uses for Teddy's Data was to right-click while holding it, and give the player a random item

Starting the Fight The fight with Killerteddy1 (referred to in the rest of the page as Teddy) can be triggered either by using the mysterious red portal in Survival spawn, or by using either the /warp teddy or /teddy tpdung commands, though the latter will teleport you facing backwards. Upon entering the portal or using the command, the player will be in Teddy's Castle - a large fortress atop an endless sea of dark clouds, where thunder and rain are constant. Heading forward down the stairs and following the path straight ahead, a large gate/hole can be seen. Opening the gate if necessary and jumping down the hole will begin the fight. Behavior Teddy has several possible attacks that he can do during the course of the fight. Each phase lasts around 15 seconds, and phases are selected randomly throughout the course of the fight. At the start of each phase, Teddy says one of his possible taunt messages. After each phase, a rest period of 15 seconds is given to allow the player to recover and prepare for the next phase, as well as deal damage to Teddy. When each rest period begins, all players near the central pillars are launched back away from it a moderate amount. Additionally, Teddy will say another taunt message at the start of each rest period as well. Any time any player takes damage during the fight, Teddy's armor value increases, making him more resistant to damage. Phase Name Details Mobs During this phase, Teddy will spawn a total of 2 mobs per player every 3 seconds, each equipped with strong armor and weapons Each enemy is referred to as an "Essence" and will have the names of either any player who has previously died during the fight, or the name of a significant historical figure within the community At the end of the phase, any mobs remaining will not be removed. It is possible for a large amount of these mobs to build up over the course of the fight if they are not properly dealt with Explosions During this phase, Teddy will repeatedly spawn phantom clones every 1.5 seconds, which remain invulnerable until the particles surrounding them disappear. Killing these clones reduce Teddy's armor value. Each time a clone is spawned, an explosion is made at the clone's location At the end of the phase, all clones disappear Fireballs During this phase, Teddy clones will spawn on the central pillars within the boss chamber and begin launching fireballs at the player every 1.5 seconds By default, 6 clones are spawned per player If each pillar has a Teddy clone spawned on it, no further clones will be spawned Killing these clones reduce Teddy's armor value At the end of the phase, all clones disappear Launch During this phase, a small particle area will appear on the ground every 2 seconds. Shortly after these particles appear, players within that area will be launched into the air. Players who escape the particle area before this time are not launched. Taunts Throughout the fight, Teddy will periodically say one of a variety of possible taunt messages. Most taunt messages are original or are inspired by popular media, however several are also inspired by phrases that the real-world Killerteddy1 had said previously on recordings - namely, ones including the phrases "peanut brain" or "Jimmy Neutron". The complete list of taunts is as follows: You will not survive this! Weaklings! I have that Jimmy Neutron brain! You stand no chance. You will feel my wrath! I see that you are a follower in haloman30 now. I'll make you a believer in me. You think that your precious Durite will save you? You will tremble before me! I can never be erased! How much time do you need to realize that this is the end? Do you really believe you can be rid of me this easy? That's cute. I am inevitable. Where is your precious Nuke to save you now? I'm going to do worse than banning you. You can't free them; they are infinitely many. These players once revered me. They will serve me one way or another. Other Dialogue There are several other instances where Teddy will speak either during or after the fight. Teddy will say one of several possible messages upon being defeated, including: You have not heard the last of me! How can this be!? Teddy will say the following lines after the fight has started: You could not live with the failure of removing me. And where did that lead you? Back to me. Teddy will say the following line if all players abandon the fight before completion: That's right peanut brains! Know your place. Rewards Upon defeating Teddy, 2 reward items per player are dropped, with a maximum of 10 total rewards. The amount of each item dropped is randomized, with amounts ranging from 1 to the maximum stack size for the given item. The available rewards include: Netherite Scrap Diamond Emerald Gold Ingot Gold Block Durite Essence Teddy's Data The Reclaymore Additionally, for each item dropped, an XP Orb with between 50 to 150 XP is dropped. Illegal Items However, in the event that one or more players enter the fight has one or more "illegal items", no rewards will be dropped for any players at the completion of the fight. An illegal item has one or more of the following characteristics: The item is spawned in using /item, or was crafted using items obtained with /item The item has one or more enchantments beyond the maximum level, which is only possible using /enchant Lore After Teddy's exile from Chaotic United, he remained unseen for many years. Eventually, however, it was discovered that he was lurking out of sight - preparing his grand return. At first, he would simply make his presence known - by briefly haunting other players, echoing the Herobrine myths of old. However, after some time, he grew bored of this - and began to escalate. Thankfully, his power is routinely kept in check by the players who slay him - gradually taking back the riches he previously stole from the old Chaotic United. History Main MC Server MC 1.16 Added CUTeddy plugin Teddy will periodically "haunt" players, before disappearing MC 1.16.1 Removed CUTeddy plugin, replacing it with CUTeddyBoss In addition to the periodic haunting mechanic, the proper boss battle with Teddy was introduced MC 1.18.2 The custom items associated with the CUTeddyBoss plugin were migrated to CUCraftingPlus, in order to keep all custom content within a single central system Trivia At one point, there were plans for 'Data Mites' - areas within the overworld which would be 'corrupted'. These would need to be recovered by the player in order to restore the original terrain. Despite the fight itself being fully fleshed out, there remain plans to expand and improve how the fight itself is started. Rather than relying on players entering a portal, future ideas include having dungeons within the overworld that could contain keys to unlock the gate to Teddy's boss chamber An earlier version of Teddy's skin lacked the now iconic "derp" mouth, however it was later reintroduced prior to the fight being formally introduced to the server The skin that Teddy uses within the fight is almost identical to the current skin of the real-world Killerteddy1, with the only notable change being the removal of the pupils to evoke the soulless eyes of Herobrine Teddy was originally not planned to include a boss fight at all, and only started as a plugin to periodically "haunt" players with a brief image of Teddy - a tribute/homage to the old Herobrine legends. This behavior is still present, and can be toggled using /teddy toggle

Obtaining Teddy's Drugs can be obtained by defeating a Killerteddy1 NPC in the Overworld, which can spawn around a player occasionally for a short time. Lore This item is one of the thousands of blunts smoked by Killerteddy1. Looks like after you put him in his place, he dropped one. Ah well - he probably won't miss it. History Main MC Server MC 1.16.1 Added Teddy's Drugs via CUTeddyBoss plugin. Changed texture to MC 1.18.2 Teddy's Drugs is now handled via CUCraftingPlus plugin Changed texture to Trivia The original texture for Teddy's Drugs was entirely green, as it was designed by @haloman30, who had never seen weed in-person and didn't know what a blunt was supposed to look like

Obtaining The Durite Hopper could previously be obtained via crafting. It required 2 Durite Essence, 2 Redstone Dust, and 1 Hopper. ;durite_essence; redstone;hopper;redstone ;durite_essence; durite_hopper false false false Usage When it was available, the last slot within the Hopper was reserved as a filter. To add or remove an item to/from the filter, you would click on the filter slot while holding an item. If the item was not already added to the filter list, it would be added. If the item was already present in the filter list, it would be removed. As of MC 1.18.2, the Durite Hopper is unobtainable without the use of commands or Creative mode. If one obtains a Durite Hopper, they will be unable to place it down or otherwise use it for any purpose besides decoration. Removal The original CUEventMeteor plugin was very purpose-built for the original Durite features. While it served this role well, its codebase was not well-suited for introducing large amounts of content easily. With the introduction of CUCraftingPlus, the original CUEventMeteor plugin was removed from the server. While nearly all content from the original plugin was ported over, the Durite Hopper was left behind. Several reasons for this include its lack of use, the potential performance concerns, and the technical requirements that would have to be made to accomodate it within the new CUCraftingPlus framework. Additionally, item filtering can still more or less be achieved, albeit less elegantly, with standard hoppers. CUCraftingPlus is designed to be entirely modular, and was purpose-built to accomodate huge amounts of future content. It was also designed to make developing this content as effortless as possible, with many interfaces designed to mimic those found in modding frameworks like MinecraftForge. However, at this time, there is no obvious and elegant solution to allow for the Durite Hopper to work within this framework without fundamentally losing this modularity. This, combined with its previous lack of use, has resulted in the Durite Hopper being placed on the backburner, with future content taking priority. There are no immediate plans to reintroduce the Durite Hopper, although it could still return at some point in the future. History Main MC Server MC 1.15.2 Added Durite Hopper through CUEventMeteor plugin. MC 1.18.1 Removed CUEventMeteor plugin temporarily after updating to 1.18, with a more feature-rich replacement coming soon MC 1.18.2 Reintroduced Durite Hopper through CUCraftingPlus plugin, which removed OptiFine as a requirement to see item textures Removed functionality of Durite Hopper, though the item can still be obtained with commands Changed vanilla material from Hopper to Paper Trivia There were plans for a merchant near Survival spawn in MC 1.18.2 that would allow you to trade in old Durite Hoppers back for the raw materials, since the hoppers were no longer useful after the update
