Quick update thus far: The permission update is completed. Donator perms will only work on survival or the Creator world, if you have it (Creators+ have it) At the moment, BlockParty and MobArena are both working, Kfflittle (SwiftyFoxx) is setting up one of the several planned 'arenas' for it. So far MobArena still needs arenas. Once a fair amount of progress is made you will be able to enjoy the new minigames. SurvivalGames itself SEEMS to be working but the setup commands aren't listed anywhere in-game. SkyWars' status is unknown. The plugin loads but configuration is being very stupid. That is all for now. Updates will be posted once things are fully working!

I recently made a post asking if people were up for a Survival world reset. Pretty much all the votes were YES, so as of tomorrow the new Survival world will be in use fully. I also plan to copy a few things over to the new world: - /warp aurora - /warp skyville - Any structures made by Benefactor+ that people wish to be copied Of course, SMP (an older term meaning "Survival MultiPlayer") isn't enough to keep up with other servers. Many people enjoy this of course, and people like Creative mode, too. Recently I finally got off my ass and got Skyblock running, but some donors don't like the ability to spawn items in it, as it takes the fun out of it. So I am here to say that the following changes will be made to SkyBlock over the next few days: - Itemspawn, Spawnmob, God, etc will NOT be able to be used on SkyBlock. - A spawn will be created for the SkyBlock world (finally) As for that, SkyBlock is fun, but on it's own it isn't enough. Once SkyBlock permissions are changed, and assuming the plugins work properly, the following minigames will be added/returning (not necessarily in this order) - Survival Games (YAAAAAAAAAAAAY ABOUT F**KING TIME) - SkyWars (has been attempted to add, but it is being an asshole and not cooperating. May or may not be added) - MobArena (is on 1.8, not yet tested) - KitPVP (Does not work as of now, due to 1.7.9) - BlockParty (1.8.1, should work, has not been tested) Is that enough for you guys? XD Remember, our TeamSpeak server is up finally. Join using ts.chaoticunited.net We also have another server in the works, but we don't want to announce it just yet.

Okay so after someone told me that Moods could not be changed on Chaotic v3 Green, I began looking and the majority of the skins on the forum are broken in terms of some addons. Content ratings works on the Chaotic v3 skins and Chaotic classic skins. The Moods button IS on the v3 skins but is just a tiny sliver instead of a real button like it is supposed to be. Over the next few days I will be attempting to fix these issues, but due to a lack of HTML/CSS knowledge I cannot guarantee success. I also plan to make color-corrected logos for the custom v3 skins. I also added about 15-20 new Moods that will be getting icons soon as well.

As many of you know, today is the 4 year anniversary of Chaotic United. It has been quite a ride for the new team to bring it back up. And that journey has not yet been completed. There are some pretty big plans for the future of Chaotic United. And we are not closing anytime soon. There are also a few other surprises that will be announced later on. Someone suggested to me a server reset. What about you guys? Do you want a survival world reset? (NOTE: Spawn, Creative, etc will not be affected. Only survival.)

I was unable to rollback the grief, so I am in the process of manually terraforming things back. So thats why trees are gone. As for potions and the chest and the balloon, I will investigate soon.

Michael has already fully set up protection for DDoSes, and this DDoS is from someone who would also like to use the CU name. Of course you are probably wondering why I have not changed the CU name yet. And are probably going to be pissed to hear that I likely won't. It isn't due to your fault, or anyone on ND's end. Part of the reason is that there are MANY other people who would be happy to take the Chaotic United name and, unlike me, don't give two shits about it's past, or any of those who contributed to the original CU. I don't view myself as a more-than-qualified figure of running a server, however I feel I can do it better than some of these other kids who actually do fit the bill of the accusations you made to me and my fellow players/staff. That is, they want the name solely to "be a kid with a website that people come to". The point is, if I drop the name then someone else will come along who you'd probably have a lot more of a problem using the name than anyone here. It is pretty much impossible to stop CU from returning in some form or fashion. And I think you would rather have me, a loyal member of CU since January 2, 2012, be the one to run it than the others who wish to claim it. One of your claims you've made is that you have more rights to the name than anyone here does. While that may be somewhat true, I never saw anyone at ND even show the slightest interest in remaking CU. I waited until September before taking any sort of action, and I even said loud and clear on your own MC server that I was going to try and revive CU. The ND staff made no comments or anything. I have ultimately decided to pretty much leave ND alone. The PM that ended up being an almost agreement for a name change was intended only to clear things up with the ND staff. From what I have learned the only way you guys will leave us alone is if we leave you alone. So that is what I decided to do. Leave ND alone and to its own devices. I've acknowledged you guys as having plenty of claim and credit to this name. I have prevented ND staff from being banned from this community multiple times. I have made pretty clear that I have no issues with ND staff, players, or whatever from coming here. I even honor old ND donations. I would have made this a PM but there are plenty of regular CU members here who have no clue about this, as I have not yet posted our PM conversation public. As for people hating this community, that was a risk I was willing to take to make this happen. I won't try and convince you guys not to hate us, as I have seen now that such a thing simply isn't possible. But you are more than welcome to use whatever CU services you wish. After all, it is a new start to CU, right? And nobody has broken any rules. Also after some thought on this post, if I come off offensive in any way I do apologise, I just feel this information has to be known one way or another.
