+ Added new server: minigames
+ Added new server: survival (currently unused)
+ Added new server: creative
+ Added new server: skyblock (currently unused)
* Migrated Minigames, and Creative to their own separate servers
* Reimported old Citizens NPC data for Minigames and Creative that had to be disabled previously due to server strain of loading hundreds of them at a time
* Reduced Semi-Vanilla memory allocation from 6GB to 4GB
- Removed 'Play' item from Hub item list
- Removed 'Donate' item from Hub item list
- Removed Killerteddy
