Nex was a planned boss that was intended to be found and defeated within the Ancient Dungeon. It was intended to become the primary boss of the Ancient Dungeon, where General Graardor would serve the role as a mini-boss instead.

Behavior

Nex has several phases that he goes through as he is progressively damaged. Throughout each phase, he will continue to launch projectiles at the player which deal 5 damage upon impact. Depending on the current phase, the projectiles may deal additional effects:

 

Phase Name Details
Smoke (15-20 Health)
  • Projectiles will deal Wither effect for 2 seconds upon impact
Shadow (10-15 Health)
  • Projectiles will deal 4 seconds of Blindness 5 and 4 seconds of Slowness 1 to ALL party members upon impact
Blood (5-10 Health)
  • Nex will heal by 0.3 Health on impact
Ice (0-5 Health)
  • Projectiles will deal 4 seconds of Slowness 10 to ALL party members upon impact

 

Rewards

The boss does not yet have any rewards configured, as it was never finished.
