Ancient Robes are a set of armor that enhance the wearer's magic power, along with protecting the wearer from damage. It is currently unused and cannot be obtained.
Obtaining & Background
When available, Ancient Robes each provided various amounts of increased Magic power, which allowed certain Magic abilities to become more powerful and/or deal more damage.
Previously, it could only be obtained by defeating General Graardor - a mini-boss that could be found within the Ancient Dungeon. As of MC 1.17, however, it could only be obtained using commands. Additionally, as of MC 1.17, the items no longer had any sort of Magic boost, and behaved identically to Netherite Armor.
Each item within the Ancient Robes armor set provided different levels of Magic boosts:
- Ancient Hood: +1 Magic Boost
- Ancient Robe Top: +4 Magic Boost
- Ancient Robe Legs: +3 Magic Boost
- Ancient Boots: +1 Magic Boost
Lore
These robes once belonged to an Ancient Mage of old. Now, they are in your hands. Take good care of them, young one.
