Is there any way to transfer the data from my old account to a new one?

So I used to use a cracked account on the server, but then I bought an account with the same name as the last one and logged in with that account, and now I lost all my data. Is there any way to transfer it?

What do you mean by lost all your data? Wiped clean? Rank and all? If so you need to get in touch with halo about that cause I think something like that is out of my league.
