Items don't move. [Skyblock]

Description

Items originating from a barrel, into a hopper; the items look like it doesn't like being stored into a chest. Hoppers seem to prefer barrels over chests... I done did /cremoveall and /lwc confirm, still the items will not trickle down.

Steps to Reproduce

Reproduce Rate: Very frequently (75%)

1. Setup a storage slice where items trickle down to the bottom.

2. Set a barrel as the input and a chest as the output, with a hopper in between.

3. Items make it into the hopper, but... doesn't go into chest.

The items move to the point where it reaches a chest, then it seems to break and refuses to continue.
