What kind of monitor do you prefer? IPS, TN, PLS, etc? Is refresh rate a big deal for you? Low response rate? Anyway, for pure gaming I'd recommend the Asus VG248QE http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B2HH7G0/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER It's a TN panel so the viewing angles aren't the best and the colors won't be like an IPS panel obv. It has a 1ms grey to grey respone time, I guess the full response time is around 10ms. It runs at 144hz aka you're gonna see up to 144fps on that panel fap fap fap. It supports Nvidia 3d vision which no one cares about but you can use lightboost which is nice. And the stand is perfect. I was considering picking this monitor up aswell but I haven't yet, I will soon so if you want to know what I think about it just wait a bit .

What program do you use to monitor temperature for your PC?

I usually use the software that the manufacturer provides. PrecisionX, Afterburner, etc. But CpuZ and GpuZ work perfect and give you some extra stats aswell. -
Ehmm I need to clean up. Most mods I don't even use or like :l. I'd say SkyUI and an nice ENB are most necessary. Also use the Nexus mod manager.

"Next gen" CPUs don't mean shit imo. With Haswell we got a new architecture, a 1% performance boost, worser overclock ability and stuff you either don't care about or are too lazy to set up. If you don't mind waiting wait till the new series of GPUs which are rumored to start coming in fall. Nvidia's new chip most certainly is intresting. Also, it's not necessary but you might wanna spend some extra bucks into a motherboard that is full ATX and has either SLI or Crossfire support. This gives you the ability to expand and save some cash in the future.

I'm trying to make it as modular as possible so it's easy to swap stuff out when updates or newly researched stuff comes along. It looks like crap but it works C: . Also brought a Rover to the Mun for do some research in different biomes. It's worth mentioning that driving on the Mun with such a bulky Rover is a lot of fun .

After swearing and many retries I managed to rendez vous it . I now also have a crew module attached to it, it's nice to have extra guys in the air for whenever you frigging forget to fill you science lab on your way to Moho.
