Chaotic United - 2014 Overhaul

Welcome, old and new Chaotic players alike. I am going to begin this post with the following statement:

  CHAOTIC UNITED IS GETTING A                   MAJOR OVERHAUL



Lets see the changes:

STAFF CHANGES:

-New Owner - haloman30
The previous owner, killerteddy, is currently NOT a part if the new community. If he DOES show up, he is NOT the owner automatically.

-TOTAL Staff Reset
Some past staff of Chaotic are in the dark about this server's existence. However, if they join, they are eligible for staff positions. Those users are as follows:

-KooladeCaprisun
-Kendev
-LaughedSnail (BarkingSnail)
--blam!-
-Nikfection (Nik)
-AtomicBeast101 (Nuke)
-YouAteMyWaffles
-BlubQ

This is the current list. If you were previously staff at Chaotic United you may inform me, and you may get your rank back. If you are on the list, you are not required to accept the staff positions. The rank you get is reflected on what you were at the end of 2013, when Chaotic United fell.

DONATION CHANGES:

-Price drops on some ranks
The following prices have changed:
  Supporter: 135$
  Chaotic: 175$

That means, as of now, no rank is worth 200 or more dollars. This could change back to the original price at any time, so get it at the new price while it lasts.


And now, onto things that DON'T change:

RANKS:

-ALL original ranks from Chaotic are available on the server, as well as a couple new ones.

-If you donated before, notify haloman30 and you get your rank back! (But if you donated for Supporter, you get Chaotic. You're welcome.)


There were other, smaller changes but nothing crazy. And theres a few obvious ones, such as a total server wipeout. The reason for this is because I don't have any of the old server files. But, there is one thing I forgot to mention:


ARCHIVE WORLDS

-Archive worlds are 'snapshots' of certain areas of old maps under the old mc.chaoticunited.com server. A few things you can expect in all worlds:

-Complete Spawns
-other player's houses
-REALLY bugged out terrain generation (to fill in gaps where the world was not downloaded)

The worlds were obtained by using the WorldDownloader mod, and it downloads areas where you go to. That is why not all of the terrain, only parts, were captured. There are 3 archive worlds for Chaotic United, and a fourth which is ONLY for staff members. Reason being is it was, say, 'not Chaotic United'.

A few other misc. announcements:

-MCMMO has returned
-The partnership with United AlyCraft has temporarily ceased on our end

So thats all for now. Feel free to voice your thoughts on any/all of this below. But please don't go overkill with the "no teddy" celebrations. Remember, no matter why he made Chaotic United, it was his server that has forged currently FOUR communities.
