Plus, it's boring. If you want to be safe you need to build far away from others, better play singleplayer then, no lag. Some people like it this way but I think multiplayer should be more interactive. The number of members is decreasing. It is my prediction that the server will find itself in the same situation which, already, impelled admins to switch to factions.
