* Updated CUCraftingPlus to 1.3.13

* Fixed an issue where the Experience Storer UI would remain open if the block was broken

* Fixed an issue where the Experience Storer would behave incorrectly with multiple players accessing the same block at the same time - it now only allows one player to use a given storer at a time

- Removed Killerteddy
