2FA TOTP doesn't seem to be working.

Description

I have setup TOTP as my 2FA, but.... I attempted at a log off and log on, it didn't prompt me for a TOTP code.

Steps to Reproduce

Reproduce Rate: Very frequently (75%)

1. Setup TOTP 2FA

2. Log off

3. Log on

4. No prompt for TOTP

    For website issues, disable any custom modifications to your browser, clear the browser cache, and clear any cookies before submitting a bug.

     

    For server issues, check your network settings and IP address and disable any game client modifications before submitting a bug.
