If you or anyone else has a contention 20:1 or higher, you'll know why 60 isn't good enough in the UK. But hey, that's just Virgin Media. If I convinced parents to go Sky Fibre, we could get a 4:1 contention. At least your ISP doesn't charge ~$50 for only decent download speeds.
