And I am not unduly worried if no-one responds to me or removes the post. I am simply registering my wish to receive some information. What people do with regard to the request is entirely their own decision. For instance, you called me out on it to say that perhaps it's in the wrong place. I say that it's perfectly positioned to be noticed by whomever wants to see it. No-one can object to my querying these things. Of what I know, OVH is the new VPS hoster probably in the USA, I believe I can state this as it was talked about on the minecraft server on the public chat. However, like you say if this information shouldn't be revealed you may delete my post but I doubt this should be hushed up. Like Reepz said we're switching to OVH which are known for great ddos protection and stability. DemonVPS was our old host, don't ever go there. As for location it'll be hosted in relatively the same area, maybe a state to the left or right, I don't know the exact place. But latency wise you everybody should be fine. Atomicbeast101 12 Posted April 23, 2014 DemonVPS (Old Host): - 4GB RAM VPS - Costs: $20.00 per month - Issues: Constant internet downtime (mostly due to Ddos attacks), also caused the bad connections between MySQL and VPS servers. OVH (New Host): - 4GB RAM - Cheaper (Now $11.00 per month) - Benefits: Better internet service, excellent Ddos protection, number 2 host in world, very big company.
