not able to post in some lounge topics

while in the lounge section of the forums i noticed i am not able to start or reply to topics

 

I am just wondering if this is intentional or a issue that has to be resolved.

such as not being able to reply to the 'post a pic of yourself' thread by zacskitles which makes him look like a total loner, there taking a picture of himself when it looks like no one cares cuz no ones replying to his topic and makes him look completely alone both figuratively and literally
