You customize the computer and they build it. I built my gaming PC for 350$ and it runs any game flawlessly.

 

Highly recommended. Pretty sure they ship internationally due to them shipping through eBay. If the website doesnt take you to eBay try googling around for their ebay page and  build your own so you can return it easily.

They have low quality parts mine just died about 3 months ago. I don't recommend it.
