    Quest for Old Data

    Hey Guys,

    It's been a while. Some of you might know me as Delta357 from the old Chaotic United. As many of you did, I spent a lot of time on the old servers and forums, circa 2009. I'm looking for my old forum posts for nostalgic reasons, but unfortunately, I cannot seem to find them anywhere. Thus, I have a favor to ask of the old Chaotic United staff who are still here. Do any of you have an old archive or backup of the Chaotic United forums that you'd be willing to share with me? If not, do you know of anyone who might have one?     How to use Minecraft Plugins!

    Report System

    Chest Shops

    This is a donator exclusive plugin which allows you to build an automatic shop using chests.

    • Begin with a chest and sign.
    • Place your sign above your chest.
    • Type the following in your chest, {Your Name} Skip Line {Amount per click} Skip Line {The Price} B {Price} Skip Line {Item name or code}
    • Players of all ranks can now buy by right clicking the sign. To sell type S {Price} before B{Price}

     


    Flying

    This is a donator exclusive plugin made by stoneharry. It allows you to fly around the world!

     

    • Type in the following, /fly
    • Hit you jump key to fly up and you're off!

    McMMO

    This is basically giving you a reward for basic gameplay.

    • As you Mine, fight, dig, and chop you build up your skills.
    • You can perform a action with a pickaxe or any tool you can level in by right clicking with the tool in your hand.
    • If you do that with a pickaxe then you will be able to instantly mine obsidian for a very limited amount of time.
    • If you do that with an axe you can completely destroy a tree with one click.
    • If you do that with a sword you get an extra attack bonus.
    • Spawn a cat! Hold raw fish, crouch, and left click. Same for wolf only with bone.
    • Place an iron block to create an anvil! Repair your weapons the right way!

    PvP

    This plugin was made by stoneharry. It allows to PvP with another player that as it activated.

    • To begin type /pvp
    • Then find a friend to battle with to the death!
    • Drawbacks include, Cannot be deactivated within 30 seconds of activation, you cannot leave the game or you will be slayed.

    Residence

    This plugins allows players to commit a worldguard like protection on their property.

    • Begin with obtaining a wooden shovel.
    • Next draw out you region like so fLpwo.png
    • Next type /res create {your name}
    • Remember each block being protected cost $1.

    Did I miss something? Tell me ASAP!

    What can I say... This would have saved 1.7.3-Delta an awful lot of time... Umm, maybe add some of the basic TPing and Home commands? I know it sounds stupid, but I couldn't figure them out when I was a noob.... :P

    I think I have some from when Zeld was a helper;
    I'll try and dig them up. Good ol' 1.7.3!

     

    Edit: Couldn't find any of Zeldster, nor of 1.7.3, but I got this one from 1.8 of NTX as a member. I can't believe this; I didn't think NTX was ever even a helper while I was here :P

    LOL, If someone could explain this glitch in detail, it might help spencer/stone figure it out :P

    Idk, currently there are 2 universal currencies ingame: Diamonds and EXP. everything else can be spawned, but diamonds are always legit and XP you cannot spawn in any way. The idea of ruining this universal currency I'm not so sure about, but that's just my idea :)

    A new game

    I don't really count as a staff, but I think this would be pretty cool. The only problem is that you are only in the air for about 10 seconds, /warp skydive to see what I'm talking about. Also, how would you tally points? Someone would have to fly and watch you? Other than that, great idea.

    Pvp in the overworld for some areas

    Ahh... Good old 1.7.3... How I miss you.... I like the idea of /PvP, except there would need to be some clear indication of your PvP status so people know who to PK.
