Please continue donating, your donations will be going towards a full year of hosting equal to our current server power. Even I have gotten a little too comfortable with Michael. There have been new players lately as well. Please advertise us! We can boost our server popularity and get new players as well.

A while back I was going to try and make some changes to split Factions from survival, mainly due to the itemspawning, etc.

This change has been implemented just now (almost). Those of you who can, I will need to temporarily demote you to a member rank to ensure the permissions are working correctly. Then, if all is well, I will reopen the Factions portal.

What about protection, Halo man?

I am aware that most of you use factions to do antigrief without a WorldGuard needed. I have went ahead and added Residence for survival protection. You will be unable to make faction claims in the survival world, however existing claims WILL remain. If you want, you can move your factions to the actual factions world, and I can set a WorldGuard on any current builds that need it (or you can just use Residence). Also please ignore the "~Wilderness" notifications on Survival, I assure you that factions commands are disabled. All donor perms will only work on Survival.

For founding Nuclear District, and keeping a whole community United when CU died.

Lately, you may have noticed the new and improved "Chaotic District" theme. For those of you who are new, let me tell you what Chaotic District is.

During the couple months before I purchased "chaoticunited.net", I was going to try and start something that would be a sort of sucessor to Chaotic United. This was around mid-June of 2014. At that time, the only person in contact with Killerteddy1 was Josh_3210. I had asked josh if I was allowed to reboot Chaotic United in September, and he just told me to register chaoticunited.net. So just days later, I registered the domain name "chaoticunited.net". Days later Alycat returned, and just weeks later we were running with full IP.Board forum software. Since then, we have, in my opinion, reached a point better than CU was at in 2013. The reason I say this when we continue to have a nearly empty server 5/7 weekdays is just that. We don't need donations to survive. This is partially what killed Chaotic United in the past; Teddy didn't use the donations and thus, CU collapsed ultimately due to a lack of financial support. I also have new information regarding Killerteddy1 and his end on Chaotic United, but thats for another day.

There is also a theme that I have had to rebuild, bit by bit. This is the Chaotic v3 theme, designed by Spencer back in the day. (Awesome job, Spencer! ) I had a backup template of it, and luckily enough source code was retained to be able to be redesigned almost exactly as before. It isn't public yet, but I hope to have it public VERY soon. At the moment, I am waiting to get MikeStardust's permission to use the logo. But I will share some screenshots for you for the time being.

United AlyCraft joined the Chaotic United Network in the very beginning. Now these two entities will become as one.

Alycat, owner of United AlyCraft, has decided to try and create a Gaming Company (or something). A step towards this, is to "complete" an action that began in September 2014. Which was a merge between the two.

What this will mean for current Chaotic United players:

Your forums experience will be largely unaffected, however you will probably notice an influx of new users. They will come from United AlyCraft, please welcome them into Chaotic United with open arms.

What this will mean for United AlyCraft players:

The existing United AlyCraft forums will be completely removed, and the domain unitedalycraft.com is being transferred to me.

Also, I am in the process of mirroring the majority of the current forums for UAC. This may be made public for archival purposes later on. For now, it will be for validation of ranks. If you were staff at UAC, you will not necessarily be given a rank back here. You will need to prove to me that you are going to be a good staff member first. I am not going to jeopardize the months and future years of work I plan to invest into Chaotic United only to have it screwed up by potentially bad staff members. However, if you are already a good staff, you shouldn't have any trouble earning it back. If you are NOT a good staff member, well, good luck.

It's amazing, how far we've come. Officially starting September 5, 2014, when chaoticunited.net was purchased, we have come so far in such a short time. We have gotten an IP.Board license, a fully functional Minecraft server eventually, and more recently, a TeamSpeak 3 and Mumble server. And, on April 26, 2015, we will celebrate Chaotic United's 4th Anniversary.

Before then, I want to ask you guys about the future. As in, what service do you want to see next?

Most likely, a WOW and RS will not be possible for a long time. If we decide to get one, Michael will leave and we will not have the MC server hosted anymore. But theres something in the works behind the scenes that ought to satisfy your need for MMORPG's.

As most of you know, I am the owner of the community known as [REDACTED]. Michael (AwakenedRage) had assumed the recent DDoS attacks on us were from Nuclear District. He informed me of this, I really didn't have any part in it. I simply sat back and watched. I didn't intervene with Michael, as I was unsure of the truth or not. I didn't really think he was correct, but again, I was not aware. But this post isn't to make myself look good, to make [REDACTED] look good, or anyone else look better. It also isn't to make Michael look bad.

The purpose of this post is for me to apologize to everyone here on behalf of Michael. Whether or not Michael apologizes himself or not is up to him. But I want to do my part, as I can be the one to take the blame being the owner of the community involved. His actions were harsh, rash, and quick to jump the gun. But either way, I am sorry that Michael was attempting to cause harm to Nuclear District. I will accept full responsibility if you believe further action is necessary. I am, at the moment, about to begin a discussion with him. I will personally see to it that this kind of thing never happens again to Nuclear District. Because, Alycat hates this place. Michael, I'm not sure of his standing to Nuclear District. But I for one do not hate it. I hope one day to once again have friendly bonds between us all. But I will not slam ND for hating Alycat, or Michael if you have such feelings. Alycat has been a trouble in the past, and has now caused damage to both [REDACTED] and Nuclear District.

I don't want our two communities to be enemies. Either way, regardless of what you think, me nor my community has anything against Nuclear District. I hope you feel the same way.
