Worldguard region in Skyblock does not extend below Y:0

Description

yea i cant break or place blocks down there, i did a lava cast off the side of my island to get to the bottom and the cobblestone from the cast generated, but i can't build or destroy anything below y 0

Reproduce Rate: Always (100%)

This appears to be a limitation of the plugin - not much we can do besides await a future plugin update.
